3. AI Model & Content Rules

• All content must be generated via our built-in AI tools.
• You may not upload real human images or impersonate real people.
• You may not attempt to recreate real-world celebrities, politicians, or private individuals.
• Parody is allowed, but must be clearly labeled and must not be harmful or misleading.

4. NSFW Content

• NSFW content is allowed only when clearly marked and created within the AI tools provided.
• No real nudity, deepfakes, or adult content involving real people is allowed — even if altered.
• You may not:
  • Create content that sexualizes minors or implies underage scenarios
  • Generate or share violent, abusive, or non-consensual imagery
  • Promote illegal sexual content or fetish content involving harm, degradation, or abuse

Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities where required.

5. Spam and Exploits

• Do not spam comments, likes, or follows.
• Do not use bots, automation, or unauthorized scripts to game the system (e.g., credit farming).
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit platform mechanics.

6. Follower & Payout Integrity

• Creators must not artificially inflate their follower count.
• Fake follows, purchased accounts, or reciprocal bot behavior will result in payout forfeiture and account sanctions.

7. Reporting & Moderation

• If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it.
• Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action ranging from content removal to permanent bans.
• We reserve the right to remove content or accounts at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

8. Be Creative — But Responsible

VirtFans is about exploring and expressing AI personas. Be bold. Be weird. Be unique. But stay within the bounds of mutual respect, legality, and safety for others.

9. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Loss of credits or subscription privileges
• Disqualification from payouts (for creators)
• Legal reporting if applicable
