By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally allowed to access age-restricted content in your jurisdiction.

VirtFans reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to provide it.

2. Platform Overview

• VirtFans allows users to generate and interact with AI-generated models and their content.
• Viewers may subscribe to monthly plans to access AI content, follow models, and unlock additional features.
• Creators may design AI models, generate content, and earn payouts based on paid followers.

3. Credits and Payments

• Content generation (e.g., AI images, model creation) requires credits.
• Credits are non-refundable and tied to your account.
• Users receive free credits upon signup (creators only). Additional credits can be purchased at set prices.
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in AUD and auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Creator Payouts

• Creators are paid $0.50 AUD per active paid follower at the end of each calendar month.
• VirtFans reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.
• Creators must verify identity and provide accurate payout information for payment processing.

Creator Earnings and Tax Responsibility

Creators on VirtFans may receive payouts based on their follower count and platform engagement. All payouts are classified as user-generated earnings, not employment income.

By using VirtFans as a Creator, you agree that:

• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of VirtFans.
• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, including but not limited to income tax, GST, or self-employment tax.
• VirtFans does not withhold any taxes or provide tax advice.
• You may be required to verify your identity and provide payout details for fraud prevention and compliance.

5. Content Guidelines

• NSFW content is allowed but must be properly labeled and restricted to adult audiences.
• You may only generate AI content. Real photos or impersonation of real individuals are strictly prohibited.
• Users may not:
  • Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, or exploitative material.
  • Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent content filters or system limitations.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse any part of the platform.
• Bots or automated tools that abuse the credit system or posting system are strictly forbidden.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• VirtFans may collect, store, and use data as necessary to deliver services and prevent abuse.

• You may cancel your account at any time.
